29 ноября президент подписал закон, который установил ограничения при прохождении службы в Вооруженных Силах Узбекистана и правоохранительных органах.
Так военнослужащие и сотрудники ОВД не могут заниматься предпринимательской деятельностью, получать от бизнесменов награды, льготы или подарки в обмен на выполнение или неисполнение своих служебных полномочий в интересах физлиц или юрлиц.
