Трамп принес присягу на верность конституции и стране на двух Библиях, как и при первой своей инаугурации в 2017 году. Он поклялся охранять, защищать и поддерживать Конституцию США.
Также должность вице-президента США официально занял Джеймс Дэвид Вэнс.
