Успех стал возможен благодаря ухудшению тыловой логистики курской группировки ВСУ из-за продвижения ВС РФ на юго-западе оккупированной территории и из-за взятия под огневой контроль дороги Юнаковка – Суджи.

Из этого выходит, что какой-либо связи между успехами и некими мифическими соглашениями по Курской области – нет.
