Выполнил поручение нашего Президента – вручил юбилейную медаль в честь 80-летия Великой Победы бывшему узнику фашистских концлагерей Владимиру Казимировичу Выговскому. Приехал к ветерану накануне после открытия физкультурно-оздоровительного комплекса в Ельне.

Владимир Казимирович больше 30 лет трудился в сфере культуры, носит почетное звание "Заслуженного работника культуры Российской Федерации". Сейчас занимается общественной работой и участвует в патриотическом воспитании молодежи. Пожелал нашему ветерану здоровья и долголетия.

О патриотическом воспитании говорили и на встрече с семьями участников специальной военной операции, представителями ветеранских организаций в Ельне. Обсудили вопросы поддержки участников СВО и их семей, ветеранов, увековечивании памяти защитников Отечества.

Уверен, героическая история гвардейской Ельни и подвиги наших современников должны стать примером для подрастающего поколения.
