Чтоб потом из него он раскрутил мусульманского лидера (не религиозного, а больше социально-интеллектуального), выразителя мнения активных и думающих. Тот ответил чиновнику (ветерану спецслужб) в духе: да вы там с ума посходили, я в такое не играю. А мужик очень хотел сыграть, и все у него необходимое было. С партнером в данном конкретном случае только не срослось.

In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
