Генеральный секретарь НАТО Йенс Столтенберг и премьер-министр Грузии Ираклий Кобахидзе на встрече в Тбилиси обсудили интеграцию страны в альянс, сообщает грузинское издание Interpressnews.
«Я рад, что сегодня мы еще раз обсудили вопросы сотрудничества НАТО и Грузии, а также процесс нашей интеграции. Хочу воспользоваться случаем и выразить особую благодарность НАТО и лично генеральному секретарю за поддержку суверенитета и территориальной целостности Грузии»,— сказал Кобахидзе на брифинге после встречи с генсеком альянса.
Столтенберг отметил, что стороны обсудили совместные проекты и программы, направленные на сближение страны с НАТО. «В частности, в сферах управления кризисами, обеспечения кибербезопасности и развития военной инженерии»,— подчеркнул глава альянса.
Столтенберг находится в турне по Южному Кавказу. Вчера он посещал Азербайджан, а завтра проведет встречи в Армении.
