Оказывается, что сопутствующих расстройств сна при РАС вагон и тележище. Причины у этих нарушений сна частично нейробиологические, связаны с генами и секрецией мелатонина, а частино причины в сенсорной чувствительности, все той же социальной коммуникации, а еще в других состояниях, от желудочных болезней или беспокойных ног до апноэ.
В общем, абсолютно не исчерпывающе, но все равно в коротенький пост не влезло. Написала лонгрид про аутизм и сон, поэтому давайте обсуждать!
