По 2-4 мандата в каждой окружной думе - слишком оптимистичный прогноз для КПРФ и ЛДПР. Уже сейчас в Смоленской области есть районные советы и думы, в которых у названных партий нет ни одного депутата. Предпосылок к улучшению этой ситуации на мой взгляд нет. Полагаю, что 1-2 мандата будут за счастье. Возможное большее количество в одних районах компенсируется "нулями" в других.
