При этом лишь чуть больше половины казахстанцев (54%) считает, что, в случае похищения девушке необходимо обратиться в правоохранительные органы. 11,7% респондентов полагает, что лучший выход – выйти за похитителя замуж. Авторы исследования подчёркивают: уровень насилия в Казахстане остается проблемой, требующей незамедлительного решения.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting.
