Летом 2019 года в зону затопления в в регионе оказались 109 населённых пунктов. Пострадали 11 тыс жилых домов и 49 социально значимых объектов. Тогда погибло 26 человек. Но это оказалось только первая волна наводнения. Вторая волна затронула 30 населённых пунктов - около 1,8 тыс домов.
Спустя два года Игорь Кобзев все же дал обещание достроить дома пострадавшим. Однако такое действие было предпринято только после разговора с вице-премьером РФ Маратом Хуснуллиным.
Кто знает, может без этой беседы жители так бы и не дождались помощи от властей. Сейчас же губернатор заявил, что все работы проведут до конца 2021 года.

Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world.
