Трезво оценив свои силы, поняла, что после всего пережитого в 2024 году, их не осталось. Такое состояние бывало и раньше, но в прошлом давил социум и казалось, что я ДОЛЖНА отмечать Новый год, что это какая-то скрепа, и других сценариев просто не бывает. В этом году такого ощущения нет, видимо подрос уровень внутренней свободы. Не буду подводить итоги года, ставить цели, искать компанию, наряжать елку и закупаться подарками. Просто не хочу.
Также я задумалась, что праздники обязывают быть в классном настроении по расписанию. Но я же не кукла с кнопкой включения радости на спине, поэтому отказаться от этой социальной нормы считаю здравым решением и проявлением любви к себе.
