В Эстонии не будут награждать за произведения на русском языке с 2025 года

Теперь удостоиться звания лучшего писателя могут только эстонцы, чьи произведения написаны на иностранном языке.
Средства на поддержку премии отчисляют от акцизов на алкоголь, табак и доходов с лотереи. А лучших авторов награждали металлическим шаром с золотой полировкой под названием "Упрямец".

For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
