♦️ تاکید بر اصلاح روند ناصحیح و یکسویه در انتخاب مدیران اجرایی و منحصرشدن دایره‌ی انتخاب به اساتید بالینی و پزشکان
و
♦️ تقدم بهداشت بر درمان در انتخاب مدیران اجرایی واحدهای تابعه وزارت

مهم‌ترین خواسته‌های روسای انجمن‌ها:

1⃣ در انتخاب معاونین وزارت بهداشت، به ویژه در پست معاونت بهداشتی، اولویت را به انتخاب اساتید رشته‌های بهداشتی و غیربالینی اختصاص دهید.

2⃣ در انتخاب رؤسای دانشگاهها، حداقل پنجاه درصد از این مسئولیتها به اساتید و متخصصین برجسته رشته‌های بهداشتی و غیربالینی سپرده شود.

3⃣ به رؤسای دانشگاه‌ها ابلاغ گردد تا در انتخاب افراد برای معاونت‌های بهداشتی دانشگاهها، اولویت را به اساتید و متخصصین رشته‌های بهداشتی بدهند.

4⃣ مفاد بند د ماده 5 "آیین‌نامه جامع مدیریت دانشگاه‌ها" مصوب شورای انقلاب فرهنگی، (داشتن مدرک تحصیلی تخصصی و تجربه عملی برای انتصاب در معاونت‌های دانشگاه)، رعایت شود.
