🟤мясное пюре 200 гр 🟤яйцо 1 шт 🟤манная крупа 2 ст.л 🟤молоко 2 ст.л 🟤любые приправы (у нас паприка)
☑️взбиваем отдельно белок до крепких пиков, все остальные ингредиенты взбиваем вместе. вмешиваем аккуратно лопаткой белок в основную смесь и раскладываем по формочкам. 30 минут на 180С.
вкусно и быстро. я делаю сразу много и убираю в морозилку, всегда есть готовый обед😄

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips.
