Только за второй квартал заемщики, отдающие на кредиты уже больше половины дохода, взяли ипотеку на 843,2 млрд руб. На 1 июля их обязательства перед банками по кредитам на жилье составляли 9,52 трлн руб.

Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
