2 февраля по завершении Воскресного богослужения, ключарь собора святителя Николая Чудотворца г. Черкесска, протоиерей Сергий Кузнецов вручил регенту Архиерейского хора Наталье Сотниковой Патриаршую Грамоту за участие в III Патриаршем международном фестивале духовной музыки «Свет Христов», завершившейся в декабре 2024 г. в Москве.
Отец Сергий выразил сердечную благодарность певчим Архиерейского хора за участие в столь престижном фестивале, и вручил каждому участнику подарок настоятеля собора, высокопреосвященнейшего Феофилакта, Архиепископа Пятигорского и Черкесского, икону Николая Мирликийского.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war.
