Уточняется, что за эту сумму предлагается объект площадью 208 квадратных метров. Находится квартира в Центральном районе олимпийской столицы.
Также специалисты рассказали, что за первый месяц лета 2023 года спрос на «первичку» вырос на 2,9%.
Благодаря заинтересованности покупателей прогнозируется увеличение стоимости первичного жилья на рынке города-курорта.
