Это произошло после сообщения, что с 1 января 2025 года Мосбиржа запретит неквалифицированным инвесторам приобретать бумаги компаний, зарегистрированных за пределами ЕАЭС, но ведущих основную деятельность в России. Бумаги получат статус «доступные для покупки только квалифицированным инвесторам», что автоматически переведёт их в третий котировальный список.
Упомянутые компании планируют редомициляцию в российскую юрисдикцию, но в следующем году. Неквалифицированные инвесторы до окончания процедуры перерегистрации смогут только продавать акции. Ограничения могут снизить ликвидность из-за недоступности для широкого круга инвесторов и повысить волатильность.
