В Брянской области родственники умершего от COVID-19 добились компенсации за некачественную медицинскую помощь. Суд первой инстанции отказал в иске, сославшись на недостаток доказательств, но апелляция в областном суде изменила это решение.
Экспертиза установила нарушения при лечении, и суд признал правомерность требований истцов. В результате с Новозыбковской ЦРБ взыскано по 5 000 рублей в пользу каждого истца, с Унечской ЦРБ – по 3 000 рублей.
Это довольно редкий случай, когда суд удовлетворяет подобные иски, признав ошибки медиков.
