Добрый день. столкнулись с проблемой мошеннических действий со стороны провайдера тв и интернет ООО Эридан. Схема мошенничества следующая - люди 5-6 а то и больше лет назад расторгаю с ними договор (кто то соответственно не хранит эти заявления на расторжение). По истечении нескольких лет ООО Эридан подаёт в суд на своих уже бывших абонентов о взыскании якобы накопившейся задолженности за абонентские услуги (суммы +_ 7000 у всех). суд выносит решение без вызова сторон и исполнительный лист передаётся приставам - они в свою очередь удерживают данные суммы в пользу ООО Эридан.
