По версии управления ФСБ России по РТ, он выносил «неправильные» и заведомо выгодные одним компаниям решения на торгах за песчаный карьер в Елабужском районе. И все это в интересах одной казанской фирмы. Как нам стало известно, речь идет о предпринимателе Эльдаре Менишеве и подконтрольной ему АО «Инновационные технологии и финансы» («Интеф»). Статус Менишева — задержан он или нет — неизвестен.
В результате действий Яфизова был нанесен ущерб бюджету Татарстана в размере 420 тыс. рублей налоговых поступлений и не менее 37,7 млн рублей — неналоговых, то есть упущенной выгоды, так как карьер в ходе сорванных торгов так и не был реализован.
Комментировать как-то задержание своего сотрудника в УФАС по РТ отказались. В республиканской службе он работает уже 12 лет — начинал с должности рядового специалиста в отделе антимонопольного контроля.
