Очередным социальным исследованием поделились РИА Новости. Их аналитики ранжировали регионы по уровню расходов жителей (% от общего дохода) на оплату коммуналки.
Наименьшая пропорция среди регионов СФО сложилась в Республике Тыва (4 место – 7.6%/ 3736 рублей) и Хакасии (10 место – 8.1%/ 3719), следом идёт Иркутская (13 место – 8.3%/ 4012) и Новосибирская области (33 место – 10.1%/ 4119), а также Кузбасс (36 место – 10.2%/ 3986).

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
