Вопрос «почему нет взрывов» пока останется без ответа. Вполне возможно, что блоки поразили подземные объекты, или вообще для этой конкретной стрельбы использовались инертные (учебные) боеприпасы). В любом случае, получилось крайне эффектно и вне всякого сомнения, если это был сигнал кому надо сигнал, то его точно приняли.
