👦🏻🚬В Госдуме приняли закон, ужесточающий наказание за продажу детям табака, вейпов и кальянов

Вячеслав Володин подчеркнул, что важно сделать все возможное для сохранения здоровья подрастающего поколения. Это новый вызов как для подростков, так и для взрослых, сказал председатель ГД.

«Должны защитить здоровье наших детей от соблазнов, от этих вредных веществ, которые рекламируют, навязывают, продают», - заявил он.

Теперь штрафы за продажу детям табачных изделий будут такие:

🔹для физических лиц - до 300 тысяч рублей (ранее - до 60 тысяч рублей);

🔹для должностных лиц - до 700 тысяч рублей (ранее - до 300 тысяч рублей);

🔹для юридических лиц - до 2 миллионов рублей (ранее - до 600 тысяч рублей).
