Допускаются незаметные с расстояния 2 метров полосы и подтеки на стенах, неровности плитки до 3–5 мм, зазоры до 0,5 мм для паркета и 0,2 мм для ламината. Отклонения от горизонтали потолков и провисание натяжных потолков до 10 мм на 1 м диагонали также разрешены.
Застройщики должны соблюдать эти требования или делать более качественный ремонт.
