Аэробная бактериальная деструкция полихлорбифенилов и их гидрокси- и метоксипроизводных
Ученые из Института органического синтеза им. И. Я. Постовского УрО РАН и Института экологии и генетики микроорганизмов УрО РАН изучили процесс биодеструкции полихлорбифенилов под действием аэробных бактериальных штаммов. Показана возможность осуществления полного биоразложения полихлорбифенилов и их производных в лабораторных условиях. Представленные исследователями информация способствует развитию исследований биопревращений производных полихлораренов и их токсичности, а также разработке технологий ремедиации природных объектов, загрязненных полихлорбифенилами. Результаты работы опубликованы в журнале «Успехи химии» и могут быть использованы для совершенствования методов очистки воды, почвы и донных отложений от хлорорганических соединений.
