▪️ Цинмин (День поминовения усопших): 4 апреля. Три выходных дня с 4 по 6 апреля.
▪️ День труда: 1 мая. Пять выходных дней с 1 по 5 мая. Рабочий день 27 апреля (вскр).
▪️ Дуаньу (Праздник драконьих лодок): 31 мая. Три выходных дня с 31 мая по 2 июня.
▪️ День образования КНР: 1 октября ▪️ Чжунцюцзе (Праздник Середины осени): 6 октября. Праздничные дни объединяются в «золотую неделю»: Восемь выходных дней – с 1 по 8 октября. Рабочие дни: 28 сентября (вскр) и 11 октября (сб).

In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
