По словам местных жителей, лысый тип с татуировкой в виде штрихкода на шее ошивался на районе примерно с 6:30, явно выискивая жертву. Около 11 утра он напал на 25-летнюю девушку и надругался над ней.

После нападения насильник скрылся с места происшествия.
