Так вышло и вчера. Я стрессую до/после походов к врачам/. Жалею себя, что мне надо лечиться и сразу даю себе слабину в питании и тратах денег на всякое съедобное. Кто пожалеет, если сама себя не пожалею 🤣

Сегодня уже была у терапевта, прописали снова всякие лекарства 💊, поэтому срываться на новые покупки не буду. Итак расходы 😆
А вы при стрессе и усталости на что тратите деньги? (может такси, доставки, новая одежда)
Из хороших новостей: купили вчера 300 долларов по курсу 103,3р. По плану 12 недель - покупка 100 долларов в месяц (мы решили закрыть сразу за 3 месяца). Можно один пункт вычеркивать 👍

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
