5 февраля после многолетнего перерыва возобновилось движение некогда весьма популярного электропоезда «Здоровье» по маршруту Челябинск – горнолыжный центр «Солнечная Долина» под городом Миассом. Идея возрождения принадлежит депутату Государственной думы, президенту ПРОМАСС Валерию Панову, его инициатива поддержана губернатором Петром Суминым и Законодательным собранием Челябинской области. Это должно укрепить традиции семейного отдыха и поможет сделать по-хорошему модным здоровый образ жизни.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
