Следователи считают, что в мае 2024 года начальник участка поручил погрузочно-разгрузочные работы сотруднику, который не был к этому подготовлен. Сам он ушел с места и не проконтролировал процесс. В результате работнику придавило ногу металлическим ковшом.
Уголовное дело передано в суд. Начальнику грозит до 400 тысяч штрафа и до одного года лишения свободы.
