Рецепт

✔️2 яйца
✔️ стакан молока
✔️ 4 ст/л с горкой сметаны
✔️ сыр 200 г
✔️ зелень (у меня был укроп)
✔️ 1.5 филе курицы
✔️ стакан муки
✔️ соль по вкусу

- Филе отварить до готовности
- Смешать яйца, молоко, сметану
- Добавить тертый сыр, муку и зелень
- Нарезать мелко вареное филе и добавить к остальным ингредиентам
- Распределить по формам, запекать 25-30 минут, при 180°

У меня вышло 14 маффинов, часть я заморозила 🥧
