Сегодняшний день был моральный трудный. Когда мой ресурс ограничен или я чувствую себя плохо, всегда помогает медитация. Можно начать с такой коротенькой, но даже такая крошечка перезагружает мозг и дает новые силы ✨ а если совмещаю медитацию и рисование или раскраски, то утром совсем как новенькая!
