На конференции, о которой я несколько дней назад рассказал, была представлена концептуальная идея создания единого зеленого пространства вдоль Обводного канала.
Напомню, что последние десятилетия сити-менеджеры Санкт-Петербурга стремятся создать вдоль Обводного канала очередную трассу, которая, по их мнению, позволит разгрузить город от пробок. Для этих целей было закрыто трамвайное движение по каналу, увеличено количество полос, а перекресток с проспектом Обуховской обороны стал полноценной развязкой.
Лично по моему мнению, предложения Евгения Ваничева достаточно рациональны и уместны. Безусловно, если разрабатывать подобный проект, потребуется проводить серьезную работу по планированию, моделированию, аналитике, согласованию и строительству. Займет это много лет, но это того стоит! Петербургу пора стать вновь великим!
