Кроме того, он обратил внимание, что уже несколько месяцев в Смоленске действует другой вид мошеннической схемы. В подъездах висит объявление с QR-кодом, на котором написано, что пройдя по коду, узнайте ваше бомбоубежище. Люди проходят, и прощай деньги на карте.
