Многострадальный жилой комплекс от застройщика "СЗ Стадион Спартак" сегодня затопило. Пострадали несколько этажей, кладовки и паркинг.

В УК "Меркурий-Покровское" заявляют, что собственник одного из нежилых помещений не захотел включать отопление, поэтому там рвануло, и все затопило. Разбираться, видимо, будут в суде.

В июле прошлого года писали, что жители этого ЖК не дождались обещанных соцобъектов. Покупателям обещали школу и детсады.
