«Не все колледжи и техникумы имеют отношение к регионам. Есть [те], которые входят в структуры высшей школы. Поэтому, если мы собираемся создать стройную систему, нам всё равно надо будет в будущем смотреть с точки зрения опорных учреждений среднего профессионального образования. И это предложение можно будет вновь рассмотреть», — сказал спикер ГД.
