26 декабря в дельте реки Янцзы запустили новую высокоскоростную железную дорогу. Она соединяет Шанхай с провинциями Цзянсу и Чжэцзян.
Протяженность новой дороги составляет 164 км. На ее пути восемь станций, шесть из которых построены с нуля. Строительство началось в июне 2020 года.
Проектная скорость движения поездов составляет 350 км/ч. Таким образом добраться из Шанхая до Хучжоу можно будет вдвое быстрее, чем раньше: за 43-55 минут, до Сучжоу — за 26 минут. Также после введения линии уменьшится время поездки до Ханчжоу, до 78 минут.
Ежедневно по дороге будет курсировать до 38 поездов разных направлений. В первом квартале 2025 года их число увеличится до 229.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
