🔸مرکز صبا اکنون بیش از سه دهه سابقه فعالیت دارد و فراز و نشیب‌های بسیاری را پشت سر گذاشته است. طبق اصول، هر سازمان یا نهادی که بیش از ۳۰ سال سابقه دارد، انتظار می‌رود به حداقلی از کیفیت و رویه کاری رسیده باشد.
🔸 پرسش اینجاست چرا یکی از باسابقه‌ترین مراکز تولید پویانمایی کشور، با پشتوانه سازمان عریض و طویلی، چون صداوسیما، هنوز نتوانسته تأثیرگذار باشد؟ چرا همچنان در تولید‌های این مرکز شاهد آثار خسته‌کننده و ملال‌آور هستیم؟

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said.
