По данным SHOT, утром 4 января произошёл пожар на подстанции на Высоковольтном проезде в Москве. Жители как минимум трёх районов — Бибирево, Алтуфьево и Отрадное — начали писать об отключении электричества, отопления и воды.

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
