Суд зачел время, проведенное под мерой пресечения, в срок отбывания наказания – признав тем самым его полностью отбытым. А еще – снизил сумму ущерба с ₽4,74 млн до ₽780 тысяч. Получилось так, что уже выплаченная браконьерами сумма превысила новую оценку ущерба.
До тех пор, пока подобное будет происходить, сложности с сохранением редких видов точно никуда не денутся ☹️

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
