Прокуратура Каларского района провела проверку исполнения законодательства в жилищно-коммунальной сфере.
Было становлено, что дымовая труба котельной в п. Куанда находилась в аварийном состоянии, что ставило под угрозу прохождение отопительного сезона, а также создавало опасность для жизни и здоровья жителей населенного пункта.
Прокуратура обратилась в суд с исковым заявлением об обязании ресурсоснабжающей организации провести ремонт дымовой трубы. Каларским районным судом требования прокурора удовлетворены, судебный акт вступил в законную силу.
В ходе принудительного исполнения ремонтные работы на котельной выполнены в полном объеме.
