Первая очередь уже завершена (две гостиницы построены и заселены), вторая строится полным ходом (еще шесть зданий введут в эксплуатацию в апреле следующего года), третья - на стадии прохождения проектной документации в Госэкспертизе. Попутно в мае на площадях кампуса откроют ФОК и начинают строить бассейн.
Обеспечение работы без сбоев, в полном соответствии с графиком - это то, чего ждут в АП и Правительстве от региональных властей при реализации важнейших федеральных проектов.

Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
