В России открылся первый арктический испытательный центр БАС
Сегодня в городе Салехард Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа открыли Арктический испытательный центр, который появился благодаря реализации курируемого Росавиацией федпроекта «Развитие инфраструктуры, обеспечение безопасности и формирование специализированной системы сертификации БАС» нацпроекта «Беспилотные авиационные системы».
☑️Теперь в регионе созданы все условия для испытаний новых моделей беспилотников. В открытии центра принял участие заместитель руководителя Росавиации Андрей Потемкин.

But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media.
