У меня нет никакой инсайдерской информации, но если смотреть на горящий свет в существующих домах и на очереди в лифтах, то сейчас текущее жильё оооооочень сильно простаивает.
Интересно, как это всё работает. Ещё интереснее посмотреть на цены через 3-5 лет — возможно будут продавать за копейки, чтобы хоть кто-то купил, а может я не знаю какого-то секрета, и город начнёт ещё стремительнее привлекать туристов и экспатов.
Пока есть ощущение, что из воздуха полностью испарилась влажность, а вместо неё теперь строительная пыль. Очень необычно, когда под окнами море, но хочется купить увлажнитель.
