Глава администрации губернатора Сергей Меркулов рассказал, что перечень закупаемых вещей и оборудования согласован с офицерами, которые вернулись из зоны боевых действий. Речь идёт спальных мешках, карематах, подшлемниках, медикаментах и других вещей, необходимых мобилизованным в зоне СВО.
Стоит отметить, штатное обмундирование поставляет Минобороны. Власти Камчатки будут лишь дополнять тем, что будет полезно.

The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
