В нарушение Трудового кодекса и Соглашения о социальном партнерстве, должностные лица Отдела образования Тайыншинского района СКО предоставляли сотрудникам в сфере образования оплачиваемые трудовые отпуска длительностью 30 дней вместо 33.
В результате проведения прокурорского надзора, должностное лицо из Отдела образования района было привлечено к дисциплинарной ответственности, 94 работникам были предоставлены дополнительные 3 дня отпуска, а также начислены денежные средства в размере 945 тыс. тенге.
