22 красавицы из ЛНР, ДНР, а также Запорожской и Херсонской областей вышли в финал конкурса и поборолись за главный титул. Девушки дефилировали в национальных костюмах и вечерних платьях, а также показывали творческие номера. В итоге корона досталась Софии Гресько из Донецка.
