Губернатор Пермского края Дмитрий Махонин объявил о запуске региональной программы переобучения «Герои Прикамья» для ветеранов специальной военной операции (СВО). Старт программе дан в преддверии Дня защитника Отечества.
Программа, инициированная по поручению Президента России Владимира Путина, направлена на поддержку ветеранов и предоставление им возможности продолжать служить Родине, заниматься воспитанием молодежи и возглавлять общественные организации. Набор в программу «Герои Прикамья» начнется 23 февраля.

One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
