ФАБ-100500! Ежедневно публиковались новые видео со взрывами и воронками. «Взрыв, сопоставимый с ядерным» и всякое такое. Пророчили беспомощность вражеской ПВО и немедленный стратегический перелом на фронте в пользу ВС РФ. А потом шумиха как-то улеглась и уже много месяцев про ФАБы ничего не слышно, сплошные дроны, дроны, дроны... Так что с ФАБами? Переоценили?

The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
